Monitoring & Data Collection

This application ("Integritor Agent") monitors your computer's activity only during the active session to ensure the integrity of the interview or examination process.

What is monitored:

  • Active window titles and process names.
  • System presence (heartbeats) and connection status.
  • Hardware identifiers (to prevent virtual machine fraud).

What is NOT monitored:

  • No Keystrokes (keylogging).
  • No Screen content (screenshots/recordings) unless explicitly notified.
  • No Files or personal data outside of the active session context.

Data Privacy & Compliance

We take your privacy seriously. All data collected is processed in strict compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and US Privacy Regulations (CCPA/CPRA where applicable).

Data Usage:

Data is used solely for the purpose of verifying session integrity and providing a report to the session moderator. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties or advertisers.

Data Retention:

Session data is retained only for the duration required for review by the organization. All monitoring logs are automatically scheduled for deletion in accordance with our data retention policy.

Your Rights:

You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting the organization administrator or our support team.

  1. Closed all applications that are not strictly necessary for this session (e.g., messaging apps, unrelated browser tabs, games).
  2. Saved any personal work and closed sensitive documents.
